How does an LVL lash lift work?
Your eyelashes will be coated in a special perming serum that helps curl your lashes from the root. You can choose how tight or loose you want your lashes to curl which can impact how natural your results are. After this has sat on your lashes for around 20 minutes, your technician will apply a neutraliser and then finally an eyelash tint.
LVL lash lifts are pretty quick treatments that usually take up 45 minutes to an hour.
How long does a lash lift last?
One of the great benefits of an LVL lash lift is that they can last anywhere from 6-8 weeks when you have followed the pre-advice. The treatment is done on your natural lashes so you won’t need to worry about them falling out as you would with traditional extensions.
Can you still wear eye makeup?
Yes! You can still wear mascara and other eye makeup after an LVL lash list. Whilst the lift will make your eyelashes look curled and prominent on its own, you’re still able to use eye makeup as normal. It’s a good idea to wait 48 hours after the treatment before applying makeup however. Here is some aftercare.

Opt for lash extensions if you’re after a dramatic, striking look but keep in mind that the aftercare is usually a bit more involved. Unlike an LVL lash lift, you can’t wear mascara and you need to properly clean them frequently.
